KACAMATA TEMBUS PANDANG

TRAMADOLIndikasi:
TRAMADOL diindikasikan untuk mengobati dan mencegah nyeri yang sedang hingga berat, seperti tersebut di bawah ini:
- Nyeri akut dan kronik yang berat.
- Nyeri pasca bedah.
Kontra Indikasi:
- Keracunan akut oleh alkohol, hipnotik, analgesik atau obat-obat yang mempengaruhi SSP lainnya.
- Penderita yang mendapat pengobatan penghambat monoamin oksidase (MAO).
- Penderita yang hipersensitif terhadap TRAMADOL.
Komposisi:
Tiap kapsul mengandung:
Tramadol Hidroklorida.....................................50 mg
Cara Kerja Obat:
TRAMADOL adalah analgesik kuat yang bekerja pada reseptor opiat.
TRAMADOL mengikat secara stereospsifik pada reseptor di sistem saraf pusat sehingga menghentikan sensasi nyeri dan respon terhadap nyeri. Di samping itu TRAMADOL menghambat pelepasan neutrotransmiter dari saraf aferen yang bersifat sensitif terhadap rangsang, akibatnya impuls nyeri terhambat.
Efek Samping:
- Sama seperti umumnya analgesik yang bekerja secara sentral, efek samping yang dapat terjadi: mual, muntah, dispepsia, obstipasi, lelah, sedasi, pusing, pruritus, berkeringat, kulit kemerahan, mulut kering dan sakit kepala.
- Meskipun TRAMADOL berinteraksi dengan reseptor apiat sampai sekarang terbukti insidens ketergantungan setelah penggunaan TRAMADOL, ringan.
Perhatian:
- Hati-hati bila digunakan pada penderita dengan trauma kepala, peningkatan tekanan intrakranial, gangguan fungsi ginjal dan hati yang berat atau hipersekresi bronkus; karena dapat meningkatkan resiko kejang atau syok.
- Dapat terjadi penurunan fungsi paru apabila penggunaan TRAMADOL dikombinasi dengan obat-obat depresi SSP lainnya atau bila melebihi dosis yang dianjurkan.
- TRAMADOL tidak boleh digunakan pada penderita ketergantungan obat. Meskipun termasuk agonis opiat, TRAMADOL tidak dapat menekan gejala putus obat, akibat pemberian morfin.
- TRAMADOL sebaiknya tidak diberikan pada wanita hamil, kecuali benar-benar diperlukan.
- 0,1% TRAMADOL diekskresikan melalui ASI (Air Susu Ibu).
- TRAMADOL dapat mengurangi kecepatan reaksi penderita, seperti kemampuan mengemudikan kendaraan ataupun mengoperasikan mesin.
- Lama pengobatan
Pada pengobatan jangka panjang, kemungkinan terjadi ketergantungan, oleh karena itu dokter harus menetapkan lamanya pengobatan. Tidak boleh diberikan lebih lama daripada yang diperlukan.
Interaksi Obat:
- Penggunaan TRAMADOL bersama dengan obat-obat yang bekerja pada SSP (seperti: tranquillizer, hipnotik), dapat meningkatkan efek sedasinya.
- Penggunaan TRAMADOL bersama dengan tranquillizer juga dapat meningkatkan efek analgesiknya.
Dosis:
Seperti halnya obat-obat analgesik, dosis harus diatur sesuai dengan beratnya rasa sakit dan respon klinis dari penderita.
Dosis untuk dewasa dan anak berumur di atas 14 tahun:
Dosis tunggal: 1 kapsul.
Dosis perhari: hingga 8 kapsul.
Apabila sakit masih terasa, dapat ditambahkan dosis tunggal kedua 1 kapsul TRAMADOL lagi, setalah selang waktu 30 - 60 menit.
Pada penderita dengan gangguan fungsi ginjal dan hati, perlu dilakukan penyesuaian dosis.
Kemasan:
Dus isi 5 strip @ 10 kapsul.
Penyimpanan:
Simpan di tempat sejuk dan kering, terlindung dari cahaya.

- Penggunaan TRAMADOL bersama dengan tranquillizer juga dapat meningkatkan efek analgesiknya.
Dosis:
Seperti halnya obat-obat analgesik, dosis harus diatur sesuai dengan beratnya rasa sakit dan respon klinis dari penderita.
Dosis untuk dewasa dan anak berumur di atas 14 tahun:
Dosis tunggal: 1 kapsul.
Dosis perhari: hingga 8 kapsul.
Apabila sakit masih terasa, dapat ditambahkan dosis tunggal kedua 1 kapsul TRAMADOL lagi, setalah selang waktu 30 - 60 menit.
Pada penderita dengan gangguan fungsi ginjal dan hati, perlu dilakukan penyesuaian dosis.
